1-The beneficiary shall be employee and have at least seven
years in service or he is a pensioner.
2-The beneficiary shall have a plot independently (with out
any partner).
3-The beneficiary, his wife and minor sons shall not have
any housing unit.
5-He shall not have real estate bank loan.
