Fund's Method of lending
1.The
Housing Fund has lent the government employees according to
the lending ceiling and interest rates set forth in Order No.11
of 2004.There are three stages of lending according to the
stages of building.
The Fund provides
loans for the following purposes:
A-Build a housing unit
for the citizen who has an independent plot.
B-Add a new separated
housing unit beside the existent one provided that the minimum
of its area (65)m.
C -Add a separated
housing unit over the existent one according to the stages of
building below.
D-The loan is ID(25)in
the center of Baghdad governorate ,ID(20)m. in the center of
governorates and ID(18)m.in all country districts.
